Delayed cord clamping for preterms?

We know delayed cord clamping is beneficial for full term infants.  We now have a meta-analysis of delayed cord clamping with preterm birth and the evidence indicates it can reduce hospital mortality. 1 It did not result in differences in resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, brain injury or other measures.
