Unless you purchase a subscription, or have access through an educational institution or employer, all you will be able to read is the abstracts.  But sometimes that is enough to understand the basics of a study and decide if the article is worth pursuing to read.

If you find an article you would like to read, contact your regional public university to find out about purchasing public access to the library collection.

Jennifer Vanderlaan CNM MPH is the author of the BirthingNaturally.net website. She has been working with expectant families since 2000, training doulas, childbirth educators, and midwives.
