Baked Squash

Ingredients

1 large acorn squash, cut in half and seeds removed
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp lemon juice

Procedure

  1. Place squash in 2 qt casserole dish, skin side down. Sprinkle with spice and sugar. Drizzle with butter and lemon juice. Bake at 350 degrees until squash is soft.

Serves 4. Per Serving: Calories 126; Calories from fat 52(41%); Fat 6g; Carbohydrates 20g; Sugar 13g; Fiber 1g; Protein .5g
