Carrot Apple Salad

Ingredients

6 oz orange juice concentrate, defrosted
6 oz cold water
2 lbs carrots, peeled and shredded
3 apples, cored and shredded
1 cup raisins

Procedure

  1. Place the juice and water in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all the other ingredients. Mix well.

Serves 8. Per Serving: Calories 177; Calories from fat 4(2%); Fat .5g; Carbohydrates 45g; Sugar 33g; Fiber 5g; Protein 2g
