Chef Salad

Ingredients

1/2 head of lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
16 spanish olives, sliced
1/2 cup cooked chicken, cut in strips
1/2 cup cooked ham, cut in strips
2 slices swiss cheese, cut in strips
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Dressing
3 tbs olive oil
3 Tbs wine vinegar
salt and pepper

Procedure

  1. In a large salad bowl, tear the lettuce into pieces. Add other ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients. Toss salad with dressing and serve.

Serves 4. Per Serving: Calories 280; Calories from fat 147(53%); Fat 18g; Carbohydrates 16g; Sugar 3g; Fiber 4g; Protein 20g
