Healthy Pregnancy Cookbook
Cashew Salad
Ingredients
1 head lettuce
1 cup cashews
1 cup swiss cheese (cut in short strips)
Dressing
1 cup oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp diced onion
1 tsp poppy seed
1 tsp dry mustard
Procedure
- Mix dressing ingredients. Put lettuce, cashews and cheese in a ziploc bag. Toss in bag with 1/2 dressing just before serving. Add more dressing if needed. Pour into serving bowl.
