Cashew Salad

Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 cup cashews
1 cup swiss cheese (cut in short strips)

Dressing
1 cup oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp diced onion
1 tsp poppy seed
1 tsp dry mustard

Procedure

  1. Mix dressing ingredients. Put lettuce, cashews and cheese in a ziploc bag. Toss in bag with 1/2 dressing just before serving. Add more dressing if needed. Pour into serving bowl.

Serves 8. Per Serving: Calories 445; Calories from fat 316(71%); Fat 37g; Carbohydrates 29g; Sugar 20g; Fiber 3g; Protein 5g
