The snacks you choose can go a long way in helping to ensure a good variety of foods for maximum nutritional benefit. One trick is to select snacks from the food group you generally have the hardest time getting enough daily servings. In this way you not only satisfy your hunger but also give your body and your baby the fuel they need. Snacking can help you eat a good variety of nutrient packed foods to keep you and your baby as healthy as possible.

Protein:
